Le numéro de modèle de Cement Factory a semé une certaine confusion, bien qu'il ait été révélé plus tard que dans un magazine allemand, une image du jeu a été montrée et le logo indiquait Concrete Mixer, suggérant que le jeu allait initialement s'appeler ainsi, et expliquant le numéro de modèle. Une version Miniclassics du jeu est sortie en 1998, à laquelle est connecté un porte-clés.
